Change of Pickup Time
Changes to the pickup time are free of charge if requested at least three hours before the originally scheduled time. Confirmation of the new time is, however, subject to the availability of our vehicles and drivers.
If we are unable to accommodate the exact new time requested, we will offer the earliest available time, and the customer may need to wait.
Additional Waiting Time Package
Available for advance purchase only. This package is non-refundable.
For transfers priced below CHF 150, the first 5 minutes of waiting time are free. For transfers priced at CHF 150 or more, the first 15 minutes are free.
The standard charge for additional waiting time is CHF 1 per minute.
Example: for a total waiting time of 55 minutes on a transfer priced over CHF 150, the first 15 minutes are free and the remaining 40 minutes are chargeable. The standard additional charge would therefore be CHF 40.
Additional waiting time can be purchased in advance in 30-minute packages for CHF 15 each, representing a 50% discount compared with the standard rate.
A maximum of four packages can be purchased, covering up to two hours of additional waiting time.
