Refund policy

We accept full refunds for cancellations up to 7 days before your booked trip.
If there are less than 7 days until your departure, the deposit paid will not be refunded if you wish to cancel your trip.

To be eligible for a refund, you must send a cancellation request with confirmation via WhatsApp or email to: at least 7 days before the scheduled time of the trip.

The refund, complete with any optional services, will be issued within 10 working days using the same payment method originally used, or converted into a credit for a future journey (change of journey).
